远端模块固件升级失败的解决方法

故障现象

远端模块固件升级失败。

处理步骤步骤 1   中心交换机上查看远端模块的相关告警，是否有与远端模块升级失败相关的告警。RUMNG/2/RUUPGFWFAIL:OID [oid] Theremote-unit firmware upgrade failed. (RemoteUnitEsn=[INTEGER],InterfaceName=[INTEGER], Firmware=[INTEGER], Reason=[STRING])

其中Reason=[STRING] 会显示失败信息。告警含义见hwRuMngFirmwareUpdateFail。先根据失败提示信息初步判断。

 

步骤 2   检查远端模块状态和可用的固件版本。执行命令行display remote-unit upgrade information查询当前中心交换机可用固件版本，然后执行命令行display remote-unit verbose查询远端模块固件版本与状态，确认认证等是否正常。

步骤 3   检查当前升级的情况，确定当前升级模式和状态。

 

执行命令行display remote-unit upgrade information查询远端模块升级状态，是否存在失败，等待重启等；如出现失败，执行命令行display remote-unitupgrade record查询远端模块升级记录信息。

# displayremote-unit upgrade information查询远端模块升级状态，Remote-unit during cooling down可以看到是否有升级失败处于冷却期的远端模块。

# 远端模块视图下，执行命令行display this查询是否配置了去使能升级，有upgrade disable回显表示全局去使能升级了，需要使能一下。

步骤 4   强制手动升级作为逃生手段。

远端模块视图下，可执行命令行upgrade { app | bios | poe } force强制升级固件。

步骤 5   请收集日志信息和配置信息，并联系技术支持人员。设备诊断信息可以通过displaydiagnostic-information命令收集。
