高层体系结构在装备保障仿真领域也有着越来越广泛的应用。建立HLA 对象模型和生成联邦执行数据文件是实现仿真互操作和可重用的重要基础，是仿真开发的关键步骤。文中综合了HLA 的资料，对HLA OM 的组成、分类及OM 和FED文件的开发过程等方面进行了分析，并通过装备保障实例，说明了OM 的开发和 FED 文件的生成过程。
