1. General Description
The A7325 is a low cost single chip 2.4GHz transmitter. With on chip fraction-N synthesizer, it can support the application of data rate up to 2MHz and frequency hopping system. A7325 also supports the packet handling, data FIFO, error forward correction and SPI interface. That makes A7325 easy to be used together with a low cost and low speed micro-controller. The device is in QFN4X4 16 pin package.

On chip low power RC oscillator
Programmable data rate up to 2 MHz bps
Efficient 3/4-wires SPI interface to access FIFO data, command and register setting
Package handling hardware includes preamble, ID code word, FEC, CRC and data whitening.
64 byte TX FIFO.
Easy to use with an low cost MCU
Fast settling time synthesizer for frequency hopping system.
Digital temperature output
Compatible with A7125 and A7105.
