I/Q(In-phase/Quadrature)是一种射频信号,最常见的I/Q调制/解调器是由90°分配器、两个混频器和0°分配器/合成器组成的。
当作为调制器时,输入数据流被分离为独立的I和Q信号,并在混频器1和2中向上转换。由于两个混频器的本振信号相位差为90°,混频器1#和2#的输出是正交的,两个正交信号被合成在0°合成器中形成输出。
当用作解调器时,本振信号从90°分配器的合成端输入,射频信号从0°分配器的合成端输入,输出I/Q信号在两个混频器中解码。
调制/解调器的正交特性限制了电路的带宽。
I/Q调制器和解调器可工作在高微波频率下,具有高性能、宽工作频率和灵活性的特点。
