IR HiRel的IGBT产品选择提供了多种不同的设备。IR-HiRel产品广泛应用于汽车、牵引、工业和消费系统。IR-HiRel的解决方案在正向和阻塞状态下具有非常低的功耗，只需要较低的驱动功率，并且具有较高的效率。IGBT可承受高达6.5 kV的电压，并在2 kHz至50 kHz的开关频率下工作。
