基于WTK的虚拟现实组态软件研究与开发

针对传统组态软件二维工艺运行界面的不足,提出了基于虚拟现实技术的三维组态软件开发,利用3DMAX 建模软件及其二次开发技术开发工业现场三维虚拟场景的组态平台. 通过该平台完成三维虚拟场景文件的配置输出。介绍了虚拟现实软件开发包WTK,并利用WTK 和MFC 编程开发三维场景运行平台,实现了虚拟场景的四种交互方式,对场景中虚拟对象的材质纹理属性及其表现方法进行了研究,利用力控DBcom 控件实现三维运行场景与力控实时数据库的数据交互,给出了系统运行的简单示例,对基于虚拟现实组态软件的研究及意义进行了展望。

Abstract:Aiming at the demerits of traditional configuration software 2D technique operational interface,the 3D configuration software based
on virtual reality technology is developed. By using 3DMAX modeling software and its secondary developing technology,the configuration platform
of industry side 3D virtual scene is developed. Through this platform,3D virtual scene files are configured to output. The developing
package of virtual reality software,WTK is introduced,the operational platform of 3D scene is developed by using WTK and MFC programming,
and four interactive modes of virtual scene are implemented. The properties of materials of virtual objects and the implementing methods
are investigated,by adopting force control Dbcom,data interactive between 3D operational scene and force control real time database is accomplished.
Simple demo of system operation is given,and the significance and research based on virtual reality configuration software are
prospected.

虚拟现实技术简单地可以理解为一种计算机仿真技术,通过计算机软硬件、传感器,以及各种交互设备如三维鼠标、立体显示器、数据手套、位置跟踪器等来实现模拟再现真实场景,提供用户与虚拟场景进行交互的功能。虚拟现实技术的应用领域目前已经非常广泛,特别是在军事航空模拟训练、医疗手术模拟试验、房地产模拟展示、以及游戏娱乐方面已经有了非常成功的应用案例。
