基于RD-19230的自整角机接口电路设计

  自整角机是一种被广泛应用的微控制电机,它既能作为传感器测量远距离机械装置的角度位置,也可以控制远距离设备装置的角度位移。应用跟踪型模拟信号转16位数字单片变换器RD-19230,将自整角机输出的模拟信号转化为数字角度信号,介绍了自整角机的基本原理,设计了RD-19230与自整角机的接口电路。测试证明,该电路的设计方法可靠性好,精度高,抗干扰能力强,能够完全满足高速自整角机控制系统的要求。

  Abstract:

  Synchro is a widely used micro-control motor, it is not only used as a sensor to measure the angle and position of the remote mechanical devices, but also control the angle of displacement of remote installations. This article will use the 16-bit monolithic tracking resolver-to-digital converter to transform the synchro output of analog signals into digital signals,introduce the basic principle of synchro and design the interface circuit of the RD-19230 and synchro.Tests prove the good reliability of circuit design, high precision, strong anti-interference, it can fully meet the requirement of rapid synchro control systems.
