新能源换电车型，适应都市快节奏，全自动换电仅需一首歌的时间。换电连接器作为电池包唯一的电接口，需同时提供高压、低压、通信及接地的混装连接，换电连接器的大浮动补偿能力让整车设计换电结构时尺寸精度更加游刃有余，高寿命可在10000次插拔后仍然保持良好的阻抗水平，高密封防水性让其在使用中更加稳定、省心。

The battery swapmodel of EV, suitable for fast-paced life, takes only the time of one song to achieveautomatic battery swap. As the only electrical interface of the battery pack,the battery swap connector needs to provide mixed connection of high voltage,low voltage, communication and grounding. Floating compensation capability doesnot have such high requirements for the size of the battery swap structure ofthe whole vehicle. Besides, the product can still maintain a good impedancelevel after 10,000 plug-in, and its high sealing and waterproofness make itmore stable and easy in use.

悬浮式浮动更顺畅：浮动结构采用弹簧悬浮式结构设计，角度修正无卡滞，同时减少零件之间的机械磨损；内部设置自润滑垫片保证XY浮动顺畅，凹槽结构保证浮动结构回中可靠，并提供一定的原点保持力。

Smooth suspendedfloating: the floating structure adopts springsuspended design, which can correct the angle without sticking and reduce themechanical wear between parts. Self-lubricating gaskets inside can ensuresmooth XY floating, and the groove design ensures reliable centering of thefloating structure and provides a certain origin holding force.

引导顺滑插拔无卡滞：引导结构采用不锈钢金属导套+自润滑非金属衬套结构，在保证插拔耐久的前提下，又减小了插拔异响和插拔力，避免了插拔卡滞。

Smoothguiding, no plug-in stagnation: the guidingstructure adopts stainless steel metal guide sleeve and self-lubricatingnonmetallic bushing structure, which reduces plug-in noise and plug-in force,so as to avoid plug-in stagnation on the premise of ensuring plug-indurability.

模块化设计更方便：低压模块化设计，采用后装形式，低压线束单独制作，大大提升装配效率。同时，一旦使用过程中低压线束出现损坏，无需整套更换，仅需更换单独部件。

Convenient modulardesign: the product adopts low-voltage modulardesign and rear mounting. The low-voltage harness is manufactured separately,greatly improving the assembly efficiency. At the same time, once thelow-voltage harness is damaged during use, it is not necessary to replace thewhole set, but only to replace individual components.
