01  项目概述

 

沙特客户需要对小区住宅,及商铺进行用户端电能计量,管理。需要安装三相交流电表监测电能数据,并上传到后台系统进行统一监控管理。安科瑞推荐电力物联网平台,可以通过云端界面和APP查看不同点位的能耗数据,并形成报表以便客户查阅。客户选择安科瑞ADL400三相导轨电能表,搭配AWT100-4G无线网关,通过4G进行稳定,高速的数据上传。客户使用安科瑞IoT电力物联网云平台对住宅能耗进行实时监测,节省人力抄表成本,提高了对用户电能数据的实时监控和可视化管理。

Saudi customers require to conduct user-end electricity measurement and management of residential buildings and shops. AC three phase energy meter is required to monitor power data and be uploaded to the background system for unified monitoring and management. Acrel recommends the power Internet of Things platform, which can view energy consumption data at different points through the cloud interface and APP, and form reports for customers to consult. The customer chose Acrel ADL400 three-phase rail power meter with AWT100-4G wireless gateway for stable and high-speed data upload through 4G. Customers use the Acrel IoT power cloud platform to realize real-time monitoring of residential energy consumption, saving the cost of human meter reading, and effectively improving the real-time monitoring and visual management of users' electric energy data.

2.1 ADL400系列交流三相导轨式多功能电表

安科瑞ADL400 导轨式多功能电能表,是主要针对电力系统,工矿企业,公用设施的电能统计、管理需求而设计的一款智能仪表,产品具有精度高、体积小、安装方便等优点。集成常见电 力参数测量及电能计量及考核管理,提供上 48 月的各类电能数据统计。具有 2~31 次分次谐 波与总谐波含量检测。带有 RS485 通信接口,可选用 MODBUS-RTU 协议。该电力仪表可 广泛应用于各种控制系统,SCADA 系统和能源管理系统中。产品符合 IEC62053-21 认证。 

Acrel ADL400 is a smart meter designed for power supply system, industrial and mining enterprises and utilities to calculate the electricity consumption and manage the electric demand. It features the high precision, small size and simple installation. It integrates the measurement of all electrical parameters with the comprehensive electricity metering and management provides various data on previous 48 months, checks the 31st harmonic content and the total harmonic content, realizes the remote communication and the remote control with switching input and relay output and boasts the alarm output. It is fitted with RS485 communication port and adapted to MODBUS-RTU .ADL400 can be used in all kinds of control systems, SCADA systems and energy management systems. The meter meet the related technical requirements of electronic meter in the IEC62053-21standards.

安科瑞AWT100 无线通信终端是安科瑞电气推出的新型无线数据采集设备,上行通讯包括 2G、 4G、NB、LoRa、LoRaWAN 等通讯方式,下行接口提供了标准 RS485 数据接口,可以方便的连接电力仪表、RTU、 PLC、工控机等设备,仅需一次性完成初始化配置,就可以完成对 MODBUS 设备的数据采集;同时 AWT100 系列 无线通讯终端采用了功能强大的微处理芯片,配合内置看门狗技术,性能可靠稳定。 

Acrel AWT100 wireless communication terminal is a new wireless data acquisition device launched by Acrel. The uplink communication includes 2G, 4G, NB, LoRa, LoRaWAN and othercommunication modes.
