描述

DC-DC

本套逆变器方案DC-DC采用Boost升压,DCAC采用单相全桥逆变电路结构。以TI公司的浮点数字信号控制器TMS320F28335DSP为控制电路处理器,采用规则采样法和DSP片内ePWM模块功能实现PWM和SPWM波。PV最大功率点跟踪(MPPT)采用了恒压跟踪法(CVT法)来实现,并用软件锁相环进行系统的同频、同相控制,控制灵活简单。方案本身包含原理图,PCB(Protel打开),源程序代码(CCS打开),BOM清单。

硬件方案底板主要包含各种接口,包括RS232接口,PWM接口,输出并网继电器接口,按键,LCD及开关量输出,RS485接口,LED,JTAG下载接口,CAN总线接口,核心板接口,蜂鸣器以及DAC接口等。2层板,已经覆铜,以下展示部分BOM。

采样驱动板包括ACDX SPWM驱动部分,比较器LM393,MOS驱动ICIR2100,光耦6N137,LDO 78M15和78M05。此外还包含输出电压及输出电流检测部分,市电过零比较,直流输入电流检测等功能电路。PCB是2层板,以下展示部分BOM。

逆变板主要是高压电路大电流电路,包括MOSFET FSW25N50A,电流传感器ACS712-05B,比较器LM358,光耦HCNR200,EMI及并网电路。PCB是2层板,可以看到基本都是大面积铺铜来实现连通,以下展示部分BOM。

软件是DSP方案,采用规则采样法和DSP片内ePWM模块功能实现PWM和SPWM波。PV最大功率点跟踪(MPPT)采用了恒压跟踪法(CVT法)来实现,并用软件锁相环进行系统的同频、同相控制,控制灵活简单。软件工程用CCS打开。
