针对生产现场的单片微型计算机一般与被测试对象、被控制对象相距较远，容易受到各种干扰的侵袭，讨论了来自单片微型计算机应用系统的内部和外部的干扰源、模拟通道、开关通道、供电系统的干扰及解决办法。利用定时中断抗干扰的方案解决了由干扰造成的“死机”现象，得到了抑制干扰的软硬件实现方法。
