有源箝位谐振直流环节逆变器的控制策略研究

本文介绍了有源箝位谐振直流环节逆变器的工作原理,给出了此逆变器在谐振期间的
等效电路及典型的工作波形。通过对其换流过程的分析,提出了采用谐振开关控制,箝位开关控制的电流滞环控制的调制方式的策略.它具有开关损耗小,负载性能好,失真度小等优点,可广泛应用于逆变的场合。本文设计了一台输出功率6kW,谐振频率500KHz 的逆变器,仿真和实验结果证明了该控制策略的可行性。

Abstract: The authors introduce the principle of the active clamped resonant DC link inverter.
Equivalent circuit and typical waveforms are illustrated. By analyzing the process of the inversion, the control strategy of resonant switch and clamped switch modulation with current hysteresis control is discussed. The inverter owes the advantages of low switching loss ,good regulation performance and small distortion, it can be widely used in the situation of inverter. Meanwhile the authors design an inverter which output power is 6kW and resonant frequency is 500KHz. Simulation results verifying the principle of operation are presented and backed up by experiments.
