产品的质量决定着企业的未来命运。在计算机企业整机制造过程中,整机的高温老化是一个非常重要的环节。通过高温老化能提高计算机产品质量,增加企业的竞争力。由基于神经元芯片为测控节点、PCI 总线的智能网络接口卡和LON 总线组成智能网络测控系统,用于对老化过程中的环境温度、湿度、被老化计算机的运行工作状态等进行测量,并将测量结果通过网络传送给服务器,经服务器处理后的信号返回到控制设备。 关键词 神经元芯片;显式通讯; LON 总线; 智能测量节点 Abstract:The quality of production determines the future of enterprise. The high temperature aging process of computer machine production is an important aspect to improve quality of production and increase competitive ability. A novel signals measurement network system presented in this paper is composed of intelligent measurement nodes based on neuron chip, intelligent network access cards (PCI bus) and LON (Local Operating Network) bus sever. The signals such as air temperature、humidity and working statement of aging machines can be synthetically measured by intelligent nodes and transferred to the sever.
