复杂可编程器件在位移测量系统中的应用

可编程逻辑器件是当今IC 领域中发展迅速,应用广泛的器件之一。介绍了CPLD 在调频式位移传感器测量系统中的一种应用. 新设计的传感器接口电路,解决了利用现有的IC 器件进行设计所不能解决的问题,简化了整个电路系统的设计,提高了系统的抗干扰能力和计数准确度。

Abstract :CPLD is one of the ICs that developed rapidly and be used widely in nowadays. One application of CPLD in the measuring system of using frequency modulation displacement sensor is introduced. The sensor’s in2 terface circuit of new designed solved the problem that using exiting IC device to design can’t settle ,the whole circuit system is simplified ,its anti2jamming ability ,and the accuracy of counting is improved.
