基于PZT的故障监测技术研究

以桥梁模型为例, 利用锆钛酸铅(PZT) 材料的动态响应特性, 当对PZT 驱动器施加一定频率的激励使被测构件产生振动的同时, 采集和识别PZT 传感器信号, 即可实现其故障监测。该项技术的关键是,通过计算法和试验法选取驱动器的激励频率, 获取正常及故障状态时的响应模型并建立故障识别数据库, 然后用实际系统和故障识别数据库中的数据进行比较, 从而确定系统是否发生故障及故障类别。

Abstract: Taking bridge model as an example, according to the dynamic response characteristic of lead zirconate titanate (PZT) material, the PZT actuator executed exciting signal of particular frequency to vibrate the monitored component. At the same time, the signal of PZT sensor is collected and recognized to monitor its fault. The key point of this technology is that the exciting frequency of actuator is chosen with numeration and experimentation method to get response model of normal and abnormal, and database of
fault monitoring was built. Then, the data of actual component was compared with the data of database of fault monitoring to confirm if the component is abnormal and what type of the fault is.
