阀门电动执行机构近年来逐渐取代机械式执行机构,成为工业控制系统中不可或缺的 一个执行单元。本文对执行机构的各个单元进行了设计和开发。开发了安全、可靠、方便、先进的阀门电动控制系统。阀门控制系统是电动执行机构的核心单元。在单片机ATMega64L和微型PLC 上分别开发了友善的人机交互单元和可靠的电机控制单元,两个单元之间通过串行通讯交换信息。 关键字:阀门控制系统;单片机;人机交互 Abstract: Electric valve actuator has replaced the mechanical valve actuator and becomes indispensable execution unit of the industrial control system. We design and develop each unit of the actuator respectively, develop the mechanical structure by mechanical & electrical integration and devises safe, reliable, convenient, advanced electric motor control system. Motor control system is kernel unit of electric valve actuator. The friendly human - machine interactive unit based on Microcontroller ATMega64L and reliable motor control unit based on mini – PLC was explored.
