针对目前轴承厂家对轴承外圈的检验仍采用人工检验,劳动强度大,效率低,容易引入人为 误差,影响产品出厂质量的问题,研制了一种用于轴承外圈几何参数的自动检测与分选系统. 该系统采用了差动电感式传感器对轴承外圈几何参数进行测量,利用可编程控制器进行分选的测控,减小测量误差. 关键词: 轴承外圈; 几何参数; 检测; 数据采集; 可编程控制器 Abstract : Nowadays , most bearing manufacturers adopt still the manual examination of bearing outer race. Such kind of examination mean heavy labor intensity , low productivity , man2made error , and uncertainty of product quality. Therefore , a system of automatic examination and grading of geomet rical parameters of bearing outer races is developed. In this system , a differential inductance sensor is employed for measuring the geomet ric parameters of outer race and a programmable cont roller is used to cont rol the process of grading so that the mea2 suring error can be reduced.
