介绍了一种基于结构简单测量精度高的新型转矩传感器———光栅转矩传感器的转矩测量系统, 重点介绍了光栅转矩传感器的基本结构、光栅转矩传感器的转矩测量系统的基本组成与工作原理,详细论述了光栅转矩传感器存在的机械误差与电气误差及产生这些误差的原因, 提出了克服这些误差的方法———数字滤波方法和非线性补偿方法。通过给出的样机系统的实验结果,证明该光栅转矩测量系统的测量精度与电磁式转矩传感器相当,是一种较理想的静态、动态平均转矩的测量工具,有实用价值,可望得到推广应用。 关键词:光栅转矩传感器; 测量系统; 测量精度 Abstract : This paper introduces a new kind of torque sensor based on simple structure and high measuring accuracy ———the measuring system of grating torque sensors. It mainly presents the construction of grating torque sensors and the basic composing and working principles for the torque measuring system of grating torque sensors. It also discusses the mechanical errors that a grating torque sensor does and presents the electrical errors as well as the causes for both. It presents two methods for eliminating these errors : the digi2 tal filter method and the non2linearity compensating method. The experimentation results of the model system show the measuring accuracy of the grating torque system is as good as that of an electromagnetic torque sen2 sor. It proves that the new system is an ideal , static and dynamic measuring tool for average torque. It has practical value and has the potential to be spread and used.
