研究了SiO2 辅助电极型快速定硅传感器的性能,试验结果表明:传感器插入铁液10～20 s ,即可获得稳定的电动势,稳定电动势持续时间为30～60 s ,能够实现铁水硅含量的快速测定1 另外,对快速定硅传感器的工业应用前景也进行了探讨1
Abstract :The property of silicon sensor with SiO2 as auxiliary electrode was studied. The results show that the stable electro2potential can beobtained in 10～20 seconds after the sensor is dipped into hot metal ,and sustained for 30～60 seconds ,it can be used to analyze the silicon inBF hot metal. Its prospects for utilization are also discussed.
