静电多路巡检报警系统设计

为解决易燃易爆场合静电的测试报警问题, 设计了此静电多路巡检报警系统. 其硬件部件由传感器、主控器、显示器、打印机、报警器5 部分组成. 传感器采取调制感应式, 并采用镀膜屏蔽技术, 消除了零漂, 提高了抗干扰能力, 实现了系统的高可靠性、高稳定性和高性价比.

Abstract: In o rder to so lve the p roblem about test ing and alarm ing of stat ic elect ric in the site w here exp lo re and fire take p lace easily, a mult i2channel stat ic elect ric test ing and alarm ing system has been developed. It’s hardw are consists of five parts, namely, a senso r master tester, disp lay, p rint and an alarm unit, because the senso r w h ich is masked by metal film usesmodulat ing and inducing techno logy, it’s zero offset is re2 duced, its ability of an interference is raised, the design realized the h igh reliability, stability and h igh co st perfo rmance of the system.
