智能建筑突发事件研究及虚拟验证

近年来，各种各样的突发事件层出不穷，成为了公共和学界关注的热点。在这当中，
本文主要研究的对象是建筑突发事件。这类事件不仅带来了财产的损失，而且造成了巨大的伤亡。随着我国国民经济的不断快速发展，建筑越来越趋向于大型化,公用化；随着计算机技术及网络技术的飞速发展，建筑里面的设备也越来越集成化，智能化，如何有效的利用智能建筑中的设备有效降低突发事件带来的损失并减少人员伤亡是本文研究的目的。根据突发事件的特殊性，提出利用 CBR 思想处理智能建筑下突发事件，通过虚拟和实际两方面的验证表明CBR 思想能有效处理建筑内突发事件。

Abstract: In recent years, the emergent events have attracted lots of attention. The object of this study is the emergent events in intelligent building, which not only brought the loss of property, but also caused tremendous casualties. How can the building equipments be used effectively to reduce the losses caused by emergent events is the purpose of this paper. According to the particularity of emergent events, CBR is used to deal with it. Virtual test and reality show that it can handle the emergent events in intelligent building effectively.
