安全可靠的监控分站设计是煤矿安全监控系统设计的关键。运用源码开放、成本低、 网络支持能力强的嵌入式Linux 操作系统,在ARM 硬件平台上研究设计了基于CAN 总线的煤矿安全监控分站,不仅能连接监控设备完成监测和控制任务,挂接其它子系统,而且具有嵌入式网关功能,能实现CAN 和以太网的转换。软件设计采用多进程机制,实现了多个进程并发运行,保证了系统的安全可靠。该分站在现场应用能够满足要求,运行稳定。 关键词:分站;CAN 总线;嵌入式系统;Linux;多进程通信 Abstract:The design of safe and credible monitoring substation is the key to the design of coal mine safety monitoring system. The safety monitoring substation of mine based on CAN Bus is researched and designed with ARM as a hardware-platform using open source, low cost, strong network support of embedded Linux operating system.It not only can connect the monitoring and control device completing the task of monitoring and control, connect with other subsystems, but also can act as an embedded gateway and accomplish transformation between CAN and Ethernet.The design of software adopts the multi-process mechanism,realized multiple processes working in parallel,guaranteed the safety and credibility of the system .It runs stably and can meet the requirements in the field application.
