描述

THS4502和THS4503是德州仪器(TI)的高性能全差分放大器。具有省电功能的THS4502和无断电功能的THS4503为全差分放大器设定了新的性能标准,具有无与伦比的线性度,支持40 MHz的14位操作。封装选项包括8引脚SOIC和带PowerPAD的8引脚MSOP,可实现更小的占位面积,增强的交流性能和更高的散热能力。
