PCB组件针对3.3 V的VCC1电源电压进行了优化,若使用更高的电源电压,需要调整状态LED的限流电阻。
过流保护用于保护评估板和组件免受大电流损坏。通过测量分流电阻R19两端的电压来确定电流,该电压可在测试点TP14和TP16处获取。检测电路测量R19两端的电压,将信号通过低通滤波器R18和C18,然后与由分压器R12和R20定义的参考电压进行比较。跳闸点约为32 A,可通过更改R19和/或调整参考分压器R12和R20来适应应用需求。输出信号通过U3传输到低压域,触发触发器并存储过流事件。触发器触发后,通过ENABLE信号关闭两个栅极驱动IC,同时将过流事件作为FAULT信号报告给数字接口连接器,并点亮LED7。要恢复正常操作,需按下S1重置触发器,此时LED7熄灭,LED6再次亮起。
