评估板实现了过流保护功能,以保护板和组件免受大电流的损害。电流通过测量分流电阻R19两端的电压来确定,该电压可在两个测试点TP14和TP16处获取。
检测电路测量R19两端的电压,将信号通过低通滤波器R18和C18,然后与比较器U5的参考电压进行比较。参考电压由分压器R12和R20定义,跳闸点约为32 A,可以通过更改R19和/或调整参考分压器R12和R20来适应应用需求。
输出信号通过U3传输到低压域,触发触发器并存储过流事件。一旦触发器被触发,它将通过ENABLE信号关闭两个栅极驱动IC。此外,它还会将过流事件作为FAULT信号报告给数字接口连接器,并点亮LED7。
要恢复正常运行,需要按下S1复位触发器,作为反馈,LED7将熄灭,LED6将再次亮起。
