直接调制光发射机是将电脉冲信号变换成光脉冲信号。给出直接调制光发射机的系统组成框图,并详细论述射级耦合驱动、自动功率控制、自动温度控制以及慢启动与限流保护等模块电路的工作原理,给出电路总体设计。分析讨论得到影响电路工作的关键元件,并在Multisim 9电路仿真软件中对其电路进行仿真,获得各电路中关键元器件的参数。
Abstract:
 Directly modulated optical transmitter is to accomplish the processing of the electrical signal, and its function is to transform the electrical pulse signals into the optical pulse signal. The paper introduced the block diagram of the system of the direct modulation optical transmitter, and the working principle and the functions of each module circuit, especially on the emitter-coupled drive circuit, automatic power control circuit, automatic temperature control circuit and laser slow starter and current limiting protection circuit. The whole circuit was desighed according to the working principle and the function of each circuit, and the key components of the circuit parameters were analyzed and discussed. And all the above-mentioned circuits was simulated in the Multisim 9 circuit simulation software to obtain the key components of the circuit parameters.
