一、描述
LP7811 是一款先进的真无线立体声(TWS)充电盒管理集成电路,旨在延长 TWS 耳机的整体电池续航时间。该集成电路具备一个开关充电器,可承受高达 30V 的输入电压,并通过 I2C 总线实现数字可编程,充电电流最高可达 1.7A。智能放电电压管理功能采用超低压差充电方案,力求最大限度地延长电池续航时间。当与耳机内配套的线性充电器(LP408X)协同工作时,VOL 和 VOR 输出会跟踪耳机的电池电压,从而将功率损耗降至最低。它还提供一个负温度系数热敏电阻(NTC)接口,以便根据 NTC 电阻所感测到的电池温度来管理充电和放电操作。此外,芯片温度管理功能可确保安全运行。耳机插拔检测功能简化了耳机检测的设计。该集成电路支持与左右耳机的两条独立双向通信总线。同时提供 I2C 总线,以实现设备的可编程性与灵活性。待机模式下的静态电流为 5 微安。整个系统采用小巧的 24 引脚 4x4 四方扁平无引脚(QFN)封装。
