Low power consumption, high sampling rateand 12-bit resolution makes the ADC12xJ1600-Q1ideally suited for light detection and ranging (LiDAR)systems.
ADC12QJ1600AAVQ1 is qualified for automotiveapplications.Full-power input bandwidth (-3 dB) of 6 GHz providesflat frequency response for frequency modulatedcontinuous wave (FMCW) LiDAR systems andprovides a narrow impulse response for pulse-basedsystems. The full-power input bandwidth also enablesdirect RF sampling of of L-band and S-band.
