Description
The TMI3342 is a high efficiency 370kHz switching
frequency synchronous Buck DC-DC converter
with capability of delivering up to peak 2A current.
TMI3342 integrates both high and low side switch
with low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss.
Low output voltage ripple and small external
inductor and capacitor size are achieved with
370kHz switching frequency.
The TMI3342 requires a minimum number of
external components and
it is available in a 6-pin
SOT23-6 RoHS compliant package.
