出铁废料水冲渣自动跟踪系统

针对高炉出铁时水冲渣系统难以实现冲水量自动跟踪炼铁废料量的闭环控制问题,提出了采用基于模糊智能控制的自适应控制策略,研究了控制结构模式、任务与参数自适应控制算法。系统投运效果表明,该算法在水冲渣自动跟踪系统中应用的有效性,鲁棒性及跟踪性能好。

Abstract: Aimed at the problem of closed control for iron-making waste material that must be impacted off by means of water, it is difficult to realize that the water quantity tracks waste material quantity automatically. The paper proposes using adaptive control strategy based on fuzzy-intelligent control, the mode of control structure and adaptive control algorithm of task and parameter are studied. The effect of system running shows that the control algorithm is valid in application, better in robustness and higher in tracking accuracy in the auto-tracking system of water-impacted waste material.
