适用范围 Scope
1-1． 本规格书适用于 HN-85 型车用 DVD 播放机机芯（简称 DVD 机芯）； This specification is only suitable for HN-85 mechanism of DVD player for car （thereafter called DVD mechanism）。
1-2．对本规格书有疑义时，由深圳市海纳精密五金塑胶有限公司工程部负责解释。 Any query over the specification shall be expressed by development department of Shenzhen Haina Precision metal&Plastic Co.，Ltd.
2．外观尺寸及安装方式 Dimension of shell and mode of installation
2-1． 外形尺寸及安装方式参照附件。 See attachment for drawing of dimension of shell
3．一般规格 General specification
3-1 结构系统 Mechanism system
3-1-1．进碟：马达驱动载入方式（皮带传动） Disc loading：Motorized loading（Belt drive）
3-1-2．出碟：马达驱动出碟方式（皮带传动） Disc ejecting：Motorized ejection（Belt drive）
3-1-3．播放：进碟→播放方式 Play：Loading→play method
3-1-4．光头调整方式：四点支撑，三点调整。 Adjusting mode of pick up：four points support， three points adjust.
3-1-5．光头驱动方式：进给马达一级减速带动齿条驱动方式 Pick-up drive mode：feeding motor 1 steps deceleration drive rack plate.
3-1-6. 光头移动范围：由主轴马达中心开始 22.5~59.5mm Range of Pick-up movement：22.5~59.5mm from the center of spindle motor.
3-1-7．抗振：三个含油硅胶弹性体（组装油球 A、B）和弹簧组合抗振方式 Anti vibration：3 silicon elasticity dampers（ball Assemble the oil ball A、B） and springs method.
3-2 电源电压（使用敝司标准回路或同等品） Voltage of power supply （use HAINA′s standard circuit，or the equivalent）： +5V DC with ±5% tolerance， less than 50m Vp-p Ripple Voltage（1.0A/1.5A Max） +12V DC with ±5% tolerance， less than 50m Vp-p Ripple Voltage（100mA/200mA Max）
3-3 光头 Pick-up 3-3-1．光头：HOP-1200XH 单激光发射管单物镜光头 pick up ：HOP-1200XH one laser diode and single object lens pick up.
3-3-2. 出射光波长：CD:785nm±22nm ；DVD:658nm±15nm 。 Wave length of laser:CD： CD:785nm±22nm ；DVD:658nm±15nm 。
