摘要:作为大规模生产的电子元器件,石英晶体谐振器的生产过程不可避免的涉及到大量的统计分析。最基本的要求是统计生产过程的成品率,但我们往往可以结合数据的采集和分析同时来完成对生产过程的分析,达到对生产工艺进行监测和控制的目的。本文介绍了我们结合生产过程和特定器件,测定了石英晶体谐振器的制造特征参数,然后通过统计过程控制(Statistical Process Control, SPC)方法对每个参数作具体分析,最后确定了对产品质量有显著影响的因素。由于统计过程控制技术在电子元器件生产过程中有着广泛应用,在石英晶体谐振器生产行业也有着成功应用的经验,这一初步研究为我们改进生产过程和产品设计提供了一个有效的努力方向。

Statistical analysis and its applications in the production process of quartz crystal resonators

Abstract: As electrical components of massive production, statistical analyses have been widely used in the manufacturing process. Although the essential objective is the yield analysis of production, the combination of data collection and analysis can also be an effective method for production process monitoring and control. In this paper, by measuring product parameters of quartz crystal resonators and analyzing these data with statistical process control (SPC) method, dominant factors on resonator quality are identified. Since the SPC method has wide applications in the electronic component manufacturing industry with successful outcomes, it is an important direction in the production improvement and the refinement of product design.
