能质量指标的基础上，针对农村电网的特点，设计了一种能够监测和管理电能质量指标的新型的电能质量监测系统，并详细介绍了系统总体设计、监测终端设计与实现的方法。

Design and implementation of power quality monitoring system for rural power grid
HUANG Xiao-hong1,2 （1, Training center of Guangdong Industry Technical College, Guangzhou Guangdong, China, 510300; 2, Department of Automation, South China University of Technology, Guangzhou Guangdong, China, 510640） Abstract: With the emergency of much non-linear load in power system, the power quality has been deteriorating. Based on an analysis of quality indexes for power system, a kind of integrated supervisor which can measure and analyze power quality issues is proposed. The total architecture design, terminal design and software design and their implementation are introduced in detail.
