在实际中， 过程数据是最重要的。项目激活或去激活时，我们都需要对指定格式的数据进行处理。Wincc v6是一款功能强大的HMI 系统。它可以组态界面并且可以对数据进行归档。但是由于Wincc v6 中的归档数据是会被压缩的，并且不保存在主数据库中，因此我们需要将归档数据导出，以方便进行数据处理。Wincc v6 提供VBS 的开发环境，用VBS，我们就可以方便得修改数据格式。本文提供了一种解决方案，将归档数据导出到Excel 中。

We need to manage the data with the certain format in both Online and Offline. Wincc V6 is powerful HMI system. With it, we configure the interface and archive the process data. Due to the archives in Wincc V6 are compressed and not stored in the main memory, so we must export the data of the archives. With version 6, Wincc offers the design environment of Visual Basic Script(VBS). Use VBS, we can change the data format to needed format easily. This paper offers a solution to export data of archives into Excel.
