针对PVC配混企业的实际情况，采用IPC-PLC DCS实现生产工艺要求，并在可靠和稳定的前提下，提出了具有高性能价格比的设计方案。对系统动态测量进行分析和实验，并给出了控制算法。

Abstract: This paper presents an IPC-PLC DCS for technology process control system of the PVC mixture business aiming at the actual situation. Based on the high reliability, this system deal with a plan of high performance-price ratio. Measure analysis and experiment to the trends of the system, and provide the algorithm of controlling.
