本文针对IC 卡电表和低压载波抄表在居民用电行业不能广泛推广的问题,利用GPRS
通讯网络技术、总线技术与低压载波通讯技术等设计出一种新型的智能用电抄表系统。该系统利用GPRS 网络作为远程无线数据通信平台,利用总线或低压载波通讯完成集中与监测点之间的数据通信,保证了数据传输的可靠性、稳定性和实时性,完全能够满足现代电力行业供用电管理的需求。

Abstract: In this paper, IC card meter and residents in low-voltage power meter reading carrier industry can not promote a wide range of issues, the use of GPRS network communication technology, bus technology and low-carrier communication technology, such as the design of a new type of smart power meter reading system. The system uses GPRS network as a long-range wireless data communications platforms, bus or the use of low-carrier communications with the completion of the concentrator at the monitoring data communications, data transmission to ensure the reliability, stability and real-time, to meet the modern power industry For the management of power demand.
