Modbus协议在压力监控系统中的应用研究

本设计包括智能工业控制器下位机和应用组态王6.51 软件编制的上位机监控程序,两者通过目前流行的Modbus 协议通讯。前者应用智能专家PID 控制算法,完成对压力物理
量的控制,后者用于对下位机参数读写,显示,报警,报表打印等,从而实现了一套完整可靠的工业监控系统。

Abstract: The design include the intelligent industry controller used for lower level computer and the monitoring program used for upper level computer by the kingview 6.51,they take the Modbus for communication which is one of the popular industry field bus protocol. This controller use the advanced intelligence Expert PID controlling arithmetic for the control of pressure.The latter can read-write and display the parameter of the lower level controller, give an alarm , print report forms and etc,which implement a suit of integrated and credible industry monitoring system.
