Abstract: The long-distance monitoring and controlling system can be applied in many fields. This paper discussed the whole design scheme of this system, hardware design of the main controller, and software communication protocols among user mobile telephone, the module for shot messaging service, main controller, and Personal computer. It is proved good by practical use.
