本文介绍了利用MSP430F149 单片机和nRF401 无线通信芯片构成的低功耗手持无线抄
表器的软硬件电路设计，设计中考虑到抄表要达到的“准确、快速和全面”的目标，也充分认识到无线通讯所面临的困难，同时也顾及到其作为一个即将推向市场的产品应达到的要求，作者力求其既能可靠工作，又价格适中，功耗低，还便于操作和升级维护。

Abstract: This text is to introduce a portable wireless meter reading instrument which is made by microcontroller MSP430F149 and nRF401 and other components. The authors not only thought over the instrument should achieve the goal of “accurate, quick, overall”, but also took cognizance of the difficulty about wireless communication, at the same time, they gave consideration to the quality of the product which will face the market. They took their efforts to make it work reliably, cost moderately and be easy to operate and promote.
