把嵌入式系统应用到仪器仪表领域，让传统的仪表，Internet 和微处理器相结合，
已成为仪器仪表行业发展的趋势。本文首先由基于嵌入式智能仪表的远程监控系统引出嵌入式控制器，然后结合嵌入式控制器，作者具体阐述了UML-RT 和平台思想在嵌入式控制器系统设计中的运用，给出了嵌入式控制器设计的详细步骤和具体内容。

Abstract: It has becoming the developing trend to put the embedding system into the instrument industry and combine the traditional instrument, Internet and the MCU. It introduces the embedding controller according to the remote monitoring and controlling system based on embedding intelligent instrument, then the application of the UML-RT and platform technology in the embedding controller are described. At last, the design steps of the
embedding controller are developed in detail.
