论述了利用计算机测控技术研制成功的叠加式称重测试系统的基本原理、测量数学模型及其实现方法. 提出测量数据处理的最小二乘法决策方法,该方法依据测试结果数据,进行曲线拟合分析、对比. 实验结果表明,利用该数据处理方法,可以提高系统测量精度及稳定性. 关键词: 称重传感器; 数学模型; 数据处理 Abstract : The principle , mathematical model of measurement , and implementation procedure of superpositional weigh2 ing system designed successfully with computerized measuring technique are discussed. A lest square decision2making method for measured2data processing is presented , where the analysis and comparison of fitted curves are conducted ac2 cording to the results of measured data. The experiment shows that , by using this method of data processing , the system measurement accuracy and stability can be higher.
