在液压实验台的改进设计中采用自动控制技术是液压技术和测控自动化技术相互交叉的必然结果。该文在传统的QCS003B 型液压实验台基础上,结合PLC 控制技术,利用上位机中RSView32 组态技术,实现了对该型实验台的自动测控系统的设计,包括了系统的总体设计方案、硬件设计和上位机中的软件设计。该文的研究工作,提高了QCS003B 型液压实验台的实验精度,改进了其实验手段,提升了其自动化水平,并为现场应用中的液压试验台(站)的自动控制系统设计提供了借鉴作用。 关键词 液压实验台 ;组态技术;测控系统; Abstract: It is the consequence of development in the hydraulic and automatic to use autocontrol technology in the modifying design of hydraulic experimental table. On the basic of the traditional hydraulic experimental table QCS003B,using PLC control technology,this paper achieves the measurement and control system design of hydraulic, applying RSView32 configuration technology, it comprises the overall design, hardware design and software design. The project in this paper raises the accuracy of the experimental table, improves the experiment means, advances the level of automatic and gives some help for the the measurement and control system design of hydraulic experimental table in enterprise .
