Abstract: Typical structure of MOSCAD system is introduced in this paper. The SCADA system has many advantages, such as reasonable net structure, good ability on extension and upgrading, self-contained function on local survey, perfect communication net, and also particular communication agreement( MOSCAD Data Link communications). Experiences show that MOSCAD is suitable for most signal collection and survey systems.
