Abstract:GPRS is a new communication technology based on GSM mobile
network.It can provide comparatively middling or low data transmission
speed.This paper illuminates the technology of GPRS and Ethernet,and
brings forward the application of GPRS in SCADA system,then provides the
structure of the system and the method of hardware and software designing
of the system.
