本文首先介绍了自行研制的基于AT91RM9200 的ARM 板ARM221 及显示模块的硬件电路设计；其次描述了嵌入式Linux 系统在目标板ARM221 上移植过程及界面相关硬件驱动程序的开发；最后移植了开源嵌入式界面系统MiniGUI 到目标板ARM221。

Abstract In this paper, First, the self-developed ARM board based on AT91RM9200 and the
hardware of display module are introduced. Second, the methods of porting Embedded Linux
and the display hardware’s driver program development are researched. At last, The method and process of porting MiniGUI to ARM&Linux system based on ARM221 are described.
