本文介绍了一种利用串行外设接口(SPI)为SOC 单片机C8051F020 扩展大容量数据存储器的设计方案,并给出来软件流程图和示例。该方案充分利用了SPI 的功能,在 极少地占用单片机引脚的情况下,实现了数据存储器的扩展。 关键词:串行外设接口;SOC 单片机;数据存储器 Abstract:In this paper, a new design to supply high density data memory for C8051F020 SOC(system on a chip) microprocessor by using SPI(Serial Peripheral Interface) is introduced. The flow chart and sample of software are presented. The advantage of SPI is utilized in the design way. The extension of data memory is realized by using a few of pins of microprocessor.
