在基于TDLAS 的汽车尾气测量系统中,由于待测量激光信号的强度变化非常微弱且处于很强的噪声背景中,因此必须采用微弱信号检测中常用的锁定放大器来检测激光的微弱变化。本文对锁定放大器对微弱信号的测量原理、数字锁放在尾气测量系统中的系统框架设计以及用DSP 芯片TMS320F2812 软件设计数字锁定放大器作了详细的分析和介绍。 关键词:数字锁定放大器微弱信号 数字信号处理器 Abstract: In the measurement system of vehicle’s dynamic concentrations based on TDLAS, the variation of laser light intensity is very weak and in a very strong background noise, thus it needs to use the Lock-in amplifier to detect the weak signal. This paper introduce a method about the measuring principle of Lock-in amplifier, the system diagram design of digital Lock-in amplifier for detecting weak signal, and the design of the software with the help of DSP chip TMS320F2812.
