在对现今中小企业信息化管理分析的基础上，本文提出了一个基于中小企业的网络信
息管理设计方案，并对此方案的实现进行了明确的阐述。实践证明，此方案与现今中小企业信息化发展的要求相吻合，有助于促进企业办公信息化的发展。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the practical situation of medium and small enterprise， a network information management design scheme was proposed in this paper. We also introduce the realization of the system in detail. Approved by experiment， the proposal is quite fit with the development of medium and small enterprise recently， and will make promotion to the realization of the information in the enterprise affairs
