基于PLC和组态软件的隧道监控系统设计

本文阐述了利用PLC 和组态王6. 52 来实现一个分布式的长隧道监控系统。详细阐
述了系统的结构, 硬件设计及通讯方式的构成, 其中使用了CAN 通信技术来实现多个PLC
之间的分布式通信,实现PLC 与上位机用以太网方式通信,软件控制的部分采用了组件开发技术,将开发的组件运用到组态软件中来缩短开发的时间。该系统已经在武汉市阅马场隧道工程中投入运行,应用效果良好。

Abstract:In this paper, it set forth how to design a long distributed tunnel stakeout and
controlling system by taking use of PLC and Configuration software 6.52.In detail set forth the
structure of system, designing of hardware and model of communication, use CAN
communication technique to carry out some PLC distributed communication between them,
implement communication between PLC and Host Computer in Enternet, the part of software
controlling adopts Component development technique,use these Components in Configuration software for shorten the time of development. This system has run for several months in Wuhan Yuemachang tunnel project, the running status is good.
