研究一种监测人体心电异常信号、自动通过手机短信传递数据并报警的方法。分析了如何通过心电信号采集电路、单片机、接口电路、手机以及基于GSM的AT指令程序实现系统;采用局部极大极小值和斜率相结合的方法设计心率异常判断程序;选用内部资源丰富的MSP430F449单片机,以满足系统低功耗、体积小、使用方便的要求;提出的手动按键消除误报警模型,使系统可靠性、实用性更好;借助广泛使用的手 机作为无线模块,使监护仪成本大幅度下降,使远程心电监护更易于推广应用。通过与常规心电图仪对照实验,结果表明心率计算的准确率达到病房监护的实用要求;没有出现报警错误。实验证明该方法可行。 关键词:心电监测;远程心电报警;GSM 短信息 Abstract: Researching a method to monitor the electrocardiogram signal abnormity and give an alarm automatically though short information of GSM mobile telephone. The article analyzed how to make up the system by electrocardiogram signal circuit, single chip, mobile telephone, interface circuit and the GSM-SMS-AT program. The system adopts the combinative method of local maximum, local minimum and slope to judge cardiogram abnormity; selects inner resourceful MSP430F449 single chip to meet the system demand for low power consume, small volume, using convenient. The model of cancel button can avoid misinformation alarm. Thus, the system reliability and practicability is better. By dint of the abroad using GSM mobile telephone not expert wireless module,the cost of monitor drops more. It is convenient for home monitor of cardiogram. Control experiment with general electrocardiograph, the result indicates the system meets the request of sickroom wardship and no misinformation alarm. The experiment proves the method is doable.
